We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time, including up to the moment of collection.
Items will not be removed from the premises prior to the auction, with the exception of personal effects. If any named personal items are discovered, please hand them to store staff immediately.
Please be aware that the original owner may have occupied more than one room, and we cannot guarantee that this will be reflected in the listings.
