Payment depends on the storage facility you've bought from. Sometimes you'll pay on-site at the location, other times you'll get an invoice to settle before you arrive.
For any auction you win, there's a £100 deposit taken when you collect from the store. This just makes sure the whole unit gets cleared out properly. You've got 7 days from the auction end date to clear the locker, unless we agree on something different.
